Imperial Shuttle (full and correct name: Lambda-class T-4a shuttle) is a multi-purpose spacecraft from the Star Wars universe. She first appeared on the theatrical screen in the 1983 movie "Star Wars: Return of the Jedi" (Episode VI). It is assumed that units of this type are approx. 20 m long, and their crew usually consists of two members. They can also take up to 20 passengers or a load of approximately 80 tons. They also have a hyperdrive. Imperial Shuttle units were used primarily by the Galactic Empire to transport stormtroopers, but also to transport very important personalities (for example: Emperor Palpatine or Lord Vader) and high-ranking military officers. At its core, it was conceptually based on the Nu-class transport units used by Republic troops during the Clone Wars. Over time, Lambda ships inspired the development of First Order Epsilon transport ships.
